Q: Do you offer weekend service?

A: 99.9% of service calls are scheduled within 24-hours of first contact.  Sunday service is available at no additional cost, however, it is frequently the first to be booked in advance so call early in the week.

Q: May I drop my computer off at your shop?

A: OnTarget Computer Consulting provides two services types, on-site and remote.  In order to provide the highest quality service and keep our rates competitive, our offices are not open for walk-in service.  We are licensed and insured for on-site and remote residential and commercial service and know you will appreciate the personal service and attention we provide when we come to your location at your convenience.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Of course!  We frequently post coupons on the web and our advertisements appear in many popular southern California publications.  Be on the lookout and provide the coupon code when scheduling your appointment for additional savings off our already low rates.

Q: Why don’t you offer flat-rate services?

A: We believe the best way to serve our clients is by hourly billing.  Other companies’ flat-rate (à la carte) services can be attractive, but often lead to you PAYING MORE in the end.  When you’ve paid a low flat-rate to have your wireless network installed, but also want help with your slow computer, in addition to the flat-rate fee to setup your network, you’ll then switch to hourly billing to fix the “slow computer”.  By the time you add it all up, you’ve likely paid the equivalent of two labor hours, when the actual time spent to resolve your concerns has been one hour!

Q: Can I buy a Gift Certificate?

A: Absolutely.  Please let us know the value of the Gift Certificate you would like issued and we’ll take care of the rest.  Except as required by law, value of Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash/check and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without consent.
